Shane E. Rowe, Sr.

Shane E. Rowe Sr. is an author, entrepreneur, and community leader from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is the owner of West Allis' Bishop’s Sweets & Catering, a dessert and catering company known throughout the community for its signature desserts and commitment to service. With over three decades of experience in food service and hospitality, Shane has built his business on quality, consistency, and community engagement.

Shane holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Management, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He also holds a Master of Theology and is currently a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) candidate. His academic journey reflects his personal belief that it is never too late to pursue education, growth, and purpose.

He is the author of Damaged Goods: God’s Grace in the Middle of the Mess, a book that shares a message of resilience, grace, and personal transformation through life’s challenges. Through his writing, speaking, business, and community involvement, Shane is committed to encouraging others to keep moving forward regardless of their past or obstacles they face.

When he is not writing or running his business, Shane is actively involved in community initiatives, mentoring, and outreach efforts that focus on uplifting and supporting others.
