Young Marks Dunlee has ridden with an outfit trailing longhorns north along the Pecos. Now he rides with a larger herd into Colorado Territory. Along with ramrod Bart Qualls and his tough-as-nails drovers, young Dunlee must outfox a Ute raiding party, stop a thunderous stampede, and deal justice to a murderous gang of cut- throats.
