Banned Books Week Read-In Oct. 5

Celebrate the freedom to read with our Banned Books Read-In. Drop in anytime starting at noon to listen, read aloud, or simply show your support. Whether you're bringing a favorite banned book to share or just want to join the community conversation, all are welcome.

All attendees will receive a free audiobook download courtesy of our partners at Libro.fm. Let’s stand together against censorship and uplift the voices that others have tried to silence.

Author Event: Sean Little – Saturday, October 11 2:00–5:00

Join us for an afternoon with local author Sean Little as he signs copies of his latest novel, Bring the Heat. Known for his smart, character-driven storytelling, Sean blends gritty realism with subversive mystery tropes to create a unique Midwest noir experience.

The Outstanding Mystery Review says that Bring the Heat is "The antithesis of the common macho thriller, like Agatha Christie if she crushed cans of Miller Lite and a couple of cheesesteaks.” Whether you’re a longtime mystery reader or just looking for something new, this is a great chance to meet the author and pick up a signed copy.
