Fantasy Books by Local Author Madeline Crane

Madeline Crane has been in love with fantasy since childhood when her father read her The Hobbit as a bedtime story. She studied Medieval literature and English education before becoming a writer and part-time cryptid, and lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with her husband and two spoiled cats. Since 2022, she’s been using old genres to explore new ideas and (she hopes) creating a space where the weary and wandering can find a bit of comfort. When not writing, it is said she can be found biking, gardening, playing tabletop games, and baking delicious but hideous-looking desserts.

Preorder copies of her books to be signed at the upcoming Author Night on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 6 p.m.
